i am using a morgan built trailer, but i dont know where the electricity source for the lights come from?
it’s a 2005 2h trailer, it has 2 inside and 1 outside light. the bulbs aren’t burned out, and the lights wont turn on when they’re connected to our truck. What should i do?
No doubt your trailer wiring is amiss …the plug, attached to your trailer, and plug in attached to your truck…look at your rear bumper..the plug in is there. If any of the wires are broken or damaged on your plug or plug in, or you’re unable to establish a good ground, you’ll have problems. Some people will mess with this and fix it…I don’t; I’ll take my rig to a shop that does trailer wiring and get things straighted out. I don’t like things that are jerry rigged and that’s what you’ll see on a lot of home repairs….it only causes more problems. We haven’t had any problems on our Trails West because we’ve taken the time to do things correctly and have maintained it when repairs were needed. (very infrequently)
