I watched the trailer, to see what music you were talking about. I have the soundtrack, so I figured I could help you identify it. But that music isn’t on the soundtrack. I did a little searching around, and Amazon.com has a forum, ans someone asked the same question. It was answered by “Cori Bridges”. I’ve cut and pasted the answer here. Very interesting question, and I was surprised at the answer!

It was created by “X-Ray Dog”, a team of composers who have created music for many of the great trailers, movies, and television shows. Sadly, their music is not available to the public (at least, that’s what their website says), but you can go to www.x-raydogmusic.com to listen to some samples of their music and watch movie clips where their music is featured (including Pirates 3).”
