Why My Trailer’s Tongue Jack Is Not Going Up And Down?
The jack was just working fine after my last fishing trip a few weeks ago.
Last week after a few showers I intended to lift the boat for water drainage but the tongue doesn’t move up or down does anyone out there have idea what the problem can be?

Actually there is a “shear pin, that’s incorporated into the design of the jack. It’s normally what drives the pinion gear, which in turn moves the jack up or down. remove the cap at the top of the jack. Turn the handle and watch the action. Good Luck!
